Charitable Giving
Effective date: October 30, 2026
1. How It Works
For each eligible purchase, ONE BRAND donates an amount equal to 50% of the price You pay for merchandise and Family VIP memberships (including renewals), after discounts and excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and any amount paid with a gift card or store credit. Buying a gift card does not generate a donation.
ONE BRAND makes each donation from its own funds to an independent 501(c)(3) public charity that serves as our giving partner, and ONE BRAND is the donor of record. Our giving partner makes all final grant decisions and grants the funds to the nonprofit You recommend, or to a nonprofit with a similar mission if Your recommendation cannot receive them. The name of our giving partner is available on request at orders@onebrandclothing.com.
2. Recommending a Nonprofit
After Your purchase, You may recommend an eligible nonprofit within 72 hours, using the link on Your order confirmation page or in Your confirmation email. We will send You a reminder 48 hours after Your purchase.
If You do not make a selection within 72 hours after Your purchase, ONE BRAND selects an eligible nonprofit.
3. When Donations Are Sent
We send donations in monthly batches, within 90 days of Your purchase.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If an order or membership is canceled or refunded, the related donation is reduced or offset against later donations. Donations already sent are not reversed or paid to You.
5. Estimates
Any "Your Impact" amount shown before purchase is an estimate. The donation is based on the eligible price You actually pay.
6. Taxes
Your purchase is not a charitable contribution by You and is not tax-deductible for You.
7. No Endorsement
Nonprofits available for selection are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, ONE BRAND unless we say so.
8. Changes to This Program
We may change or end this program for future purchases by updating this page. Changes do not affect donations for purchases made before the change.
