If You ever experience an issue with a product, we'll always do our best to make it right through replacement, repair, or store credit whenever appropriate.

To preserve the integrity of the Builder community, any unauthorized or misuse of Builder Membership benefits may result in the suspension or termination of Builder Membership without notice.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, You'll have the opportunity to pre-order it or select a comparable replacement, when available.

Builder Members always receive priority access whenever possible.

Builder Membership prices will always remain locked.

Builder Members will always receive the most exclusive product pricing available while their recurring Builder Membership remains active.

Individual product prices may occasionally adjust over time to reflect inflation, material costs, tariffs, or other market conditions. However, You will continue to receive pricing reserved exclusively for the original Builder community, while future ONE Member pricing may evolve over time.
