Privacy policy

Effective date: November 6, 2026

Your trust matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how BRAGGS FAMILY GROUP, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as ONE BRAND ("ONE BRAND," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when You visit onebrandclothing.com, chat with us, buy from us, join a membership, or sign up for our emails or texts (together, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Information You give us

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and account login details.
  • Order and membership information: products purchased, order history, membership level, renewal dates, and customer service requests.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors. We receive limited details (such as card type, last four digits, and billing address) but do not store full card numbers.
  • Chat transcripts: messages You send through our live chat and chatbot (provided by Tidio), including anything You choose to type.
  • Marketing preferences: whether You subscribed to email or text messages and Your communication choices.
  • Your Content: reviews, photos, or messages You send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, time spent, and links clicked.
  • Session recordings and heatmaps: we use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with the Site (for example, mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and page interactions) to help us improve it. Sensitive fields, including payment details, passwords, and text typed into contact forms, are masked so they are not captured in recordings.
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: see Section 5.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from our service providers (such as Shopify, Appstle Subscriptions, our production and/or manufacturing partners, shipping carriers, and payment processors), from advertising partners such as Meta, and from email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo and Mailchimp) about how You interact with our messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • process, produce, ship, and support Your orders;
  • create and manage Your account and membership, including renewals, reminders, and cancellations;
  • respond to chat, email, and phone requests;
  • send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, membership notices);
  • send marketing emails and texts where You have agreed or where the law permits;
  • understand and improve the Site, products, and customer experience (including through analytics and session recordings);
  • show You ONE BRAND advertising on other websites and apps, and measure ad performance;
  • prevent fraud, secure the Services, and enforce our Terms; and
  • comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, including Shopify (store platform and checkout), Appstle Subscriptions (membership billing), our production and/or manufacturing partners (production and fulfillment), our team in Europe that inspects and ships Your order, payment processors, shipping carriers and customs brokers, Tidio (chat), Microsoft Clarity (analytics and session recording), and Klaviyo and Mailchimp (email and SMS). They may use information only to provide services to us, or as their own terms and privacy policies allow.
  • Order fulfillment in the US and Europe. To make and deliver Your order, we share Your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and order details with our production and/or manufacturing partners and with our team in Europe that inspects and ships Your order, and with the carriers and customs authorities involved in delivering it. This information is processed in the United States and the European Union.
  • Advertising partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta pixel on our Site. The pixel shares information such as pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases, and device identifiers with Meta so we can show and measure ads. Under California and certain other state laws, this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, "targeted advertising," or a "sale." You can opt out as described in Section 7.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ONE BRAND, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or reorganization of all or part of our business.
  • With Your direction or consent.

Texas residents: NOTICE: We may sell Your personal data. (This refers to advertising data shared through the Meta pixel, which Texas law may treat as a sale. You may opt out as described in Section 7.)

4. Email and Text Messages

Email: If You subscribe, we will send You marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages about Your orders and membership.

Text messages (SMS): If You opt in, we may send recurring automated marketing text messages to the mobile number You provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not share Your mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep Your cart and login working, remember preferences, analyze traffic, record sessions (Microsoft Clarity), enable chat (Tidio), and deliver and measure advertising (Meta pixel). Shopify also uses cookies to run the store.

Your choices:

  • Use our cookie banner (and the cookie preferences option it provides) to manage non-essential cookies and tracking, and visit Your Privacy Choices at onebrandclothing.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out to opt out of the sale or sharing of Your personal information and targeted advertising.
  • Adjust Your browser settings to block or delete cookies (some Site features may stop working).
  • Manage Meta ad preferences in Your Facebook or Instagram settings, and learn more about how Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta use data in their own privacy statements.
  • Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals. If Your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Your personal information and targeted advertising for that browser and, if You are signed in, Your account.

Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals; however, we do honor GPC as described above.

6. Chat and Session Recording Notice

When You use our chat, Your messages are recorded and stored by us and our chat provider, Tidio, and may be answered by automated tools, including artificial intelligence (AI). When You use the Site, Microsoft Clarity records Your interactions with the Site, with sensitive fields masked as described in Section 1. Please do not share sensitive information (such as full card numbers) in chat.

7. Your State Privacy Rights

We offer the following rights to customers in all US states and Puerto Rico, regardless of whether a specific law applies to us, subject to verification and legal exceptions. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Texas (TDPSA), Florida, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have these rights by law:

  • Know / Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
  • Delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from You.
  • Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Portability: receive a copy of Your information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising: including the Meta pixel activity described in Section 3.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about You, and we use it only as permitted by law (for example, account login to provide Your account).
  • Non-discrimination: we will not deny You goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because You exercised Your privacy rights. Membership pricing is available to all members on the same terms.

How to make a request: Visit Your Privacy Choices at onebrandclothing.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out (for opt-outs), email orders@onebrandclothing.com with the subject line "Privacy Request", or call 1 (888) 230-3744. We will verify Your request by matching information You provide to information we have (for example, Your email and an order number). You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 more days where permitted, with notice.

Appeals: If we deny Your request, You may appeal by emailing orders@onebrandclothing.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45โ€“60 days). If You are not satisfied, You may contact Your state Attorney General.

California disclosures. In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers; customer records (such as name, address, phone, and limited payment details); commercial information (purchases and memberships); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing, session recordings); approximate geolocation; audio, electronic, or similar information (chat transcripts); and inferences drawn from the above (such as product preferences). We collect these from the sources and for the purposes described in Sections 1 and 2, and disclose them to the categories of recipients in Section 3. Identifiers and internet activity may be "shared" with advertising partners. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct marketing under California's "Shine the Light" law by contacting us.

8. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16. If You believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including: order and transaction records for 7 years (for tax and accounting); account data for as long as Your account is active plus 2 years; marketing data until You unsubscribe; chat transcripts for 2 years; and analytics and session data according to our providers' settings, generally no longer than 13 months. We may keep information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and our platform and payment providers use industry-standard encryption for payment information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep Your account login private.

11. Puerto Rico and US Territories

Customers in Puerto Rico and other US territories are covered by the US provisions of this policy, including the rights described in Section 7.

12. Customers Outside the United States

We currently market to customers in the United States. If You use the Services from outside the US, Your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and, for order fulfillment and quality inspection, the European Union, where privacy laws may differ from those in Your country. Where the law of Your country gives You privacy rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply, and You may contact us to exercise them. Otherwise, this policy governs.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice on the Site or by email.
